• Our liability is limited to $100 or what you paid us, whichever is greater

4. Account & Termination

• Keep your login secure
• Either party can terminate anytime
• Terminated accounts lose access to content

5. Disputes

• Governed by California law
• Disputes resolved in California courts
• No class actions – individual disputes only
