Ingredients
½ cup organic popping corn
3 tbsp (45ml) coconut oil
2 tbsp (30ml) nutritional yeast
1 tsp (5ml) sea salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp (30ml) grass-fed butter, melted (optional)

steps
Step 1
Heat coconut oil in large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add 3-4 popcorn kernels as testers. When they pop, oil is ready.
Step 3
Add remaining kernels, cover pot, and shake occasionally.
Step 4
When popping slows to 2-3 seconds between pops, remove from heat.
Step 5
Let sit 30 seconds, then remove lid away from your face.
Step 6
Mix nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, and paprika in small bowl.
Step 7
Drizzle melted butter over popcorn if using, then sprinkle with seasoning mix.
Step 8
Toss well and serve immediately. Store leftovers up to 2 days.
