Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
6 cups (1440ml) filtered water
¾ cup allulose (derived from sugar beets preferred)
2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lemon zest
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
Ice for serving
Lemon wheels and mint for garnish
