2 cups chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup frozen peas
2 tbsp (30ml) fresh thyme
1 tsp (5ml) sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
For Crust:
2½ cups cassava flour
1 tsp (5ml) sea salt
¾ cup grass-fed butter, cold and cubed
¼ cup ice water

Step 1

Make crust: Mix flour and salt, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add ice water gradually until dough forms. Wrap and chill 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until tender, about 8 minutes.
