Pumpkin seed meal has 6 grams of polyunsaturated fat, of which almost all is from is omega-6 fats. When eating ingredients with high omega-6 fats, it best to balance with foods high in omega-3 fats.

Good for pancakes and most baked good. Works as a thickener for stews, sprinkled over salads, cereal, and yogurt. This flour bakes to a light green color.
