Pistachio oil is made from cold-pressing pistachio nuts. The oil’s color is a bright green. Pistachio oil has a balanced amount of omega-9 and omega-6 essential fatty acids. Pistachio oil also has polyphenol compounds that increase the growth of beneficial bacteria in our gut.
Slow roasted, expeller-pressed and lightly filtered helps to maintain the healthy polyunsaturated fats in the oil.
